Kath Soucie (b. February 20, 1967) is an American voice actress who was the original voice of Roge and other various characters in the Gabriel Garza projects. For the 2011 computer-animated Gabriel Garza reboot film, she is one of the additional voices.
Soucie has been most active in many voice overs. She has been known for the voices of Phil, Lil, and Betty DeVille in Rugrats, Kanga in Winnie the Pooh projects, Lola Bunny in Space Jam, Dexter's mom in Dexter's Laboratory, and Janine Melnitz in The Real Ghostbusters. She also had a role in Wreck-It-Ralph and voiced young Nick Wilde in Zootopia.
