Deon Splatt is the main protagonist of Gingo Animation's 1999 feature film Paint World and its TV series. He was originally voiced by Haley Joel Osment until the release of the upcoming 2019 sequel Paint World 2, where he will be voiced by Noah Schnapp.

Deon is a pampered, intelligent, curious, friendly boy who has a sincere love for especially painting, drawing, and colors. He has an attitude, but he is gentle and kind to everyone no matter who they are and loves painting more than anything.
Physical appearance[]
Deon is a young boy with fair skin, blue eyes, and messy black hair. He wears a green vest with red and blue sleeves, and rainbow-colored shorts. He also wears orange socks and red sneakers.
